| Are the rental prices different for the different styles of wedding cash/card boxes? |
| No. Currently all boxes are the same price. |
| Can I order more than one wedding cash/card box? |
| Yes, and you will save on delivery charges. Only one delivery charge will be applied if being rented for the same event. |
| Can I pick up and deliver the box myself? |
| No. Currently, the process of managing the physical box locations for rentals and cleaning is done by us. We remain responsible for delivering and picking up each wedding box that is rented. |
| Do the boxes come in different colors? |
| No. Only a floral white fabric design is used. This allows for the wedding box to coordinate beautifully with any wedding decor. |
| Can I decorate the box? |
| Yes, but not in a way that will permanently damage/change the box. Many will have their florist tack on some flowers and ribbons that go with the decor of the reception. |
| What happens if the box gets damaged? |
| We hope that you will take care of the box in a reasonable fashion, but accidents will happen. If a rip or permanent stain has occurred, the charge is $25.00 per panel; this amount will be deducted from your security deposit. |
| What happens if I lose the key? |
| There is a $10.00 charge for a lost key. If a key is lost before you are able to empty the wedding box contents and need the box opened in an emergency, we will be able to direct you to where you can pick up an additional key. Ther person responsible for the wedding box rental will need to request this additional key (for security purposes). |
| What happens if I lose the wedding box carrying case? |
| There is a $50.00 charge for a lost carrying case. This amount will be deducted from your security deposit. If this happens, we ask that you take extra care in transporting the box so the box will not get damaged and add even more charges. Please give us a call as soon as possible so the driver can replace the carrying case. |
